This project in Fletching, West Sussex, showcases our expertise in transforming period homes with bespoke, family-focused solutions.
We reconfigured and fully renovated this Victorian property, adding double- and single-storey extensions to create a blend of heritage charm and modern functionality. The new layout improved the home’s flow, incorporating open-plan spaces that connect to the garden, a master suite, guest rooms, studies, and family-friendly features such as a snug, homework room, boot room, and custom storage.
We restored the house to it’s former glory with high end finishes, featuring hand-painted wall decorations, bespoke built-in furniture and updated heating and electrical systems. We worked to ensure the home retained its character while meeting the needs of modern family life.
External landscaping, with raised beds, a York stone terrace and Victorian-style footpaths, as well as a redesigned driveway completed the project. Despite the complexity, our efficient project management ensured timely completion with minimal disruption.
