Leigh has been with W.A. Thompson for over 12 years, bringing decades of hands-on experience as a time-served builder. As Head of Landscaping, he manages sites and leads on all landscaping and outdoor works – his favourite part of the job.

Outside of work, he’s a busy dad of four and a dedicated football coach.
